Who runs it
Consortium for Slack is built and maintained by Julien; the code is open at github.com/jwuthri-cloud/ConsortiumAI. The server runs on Render and the data is stored in a Neon Postgres database, both in the US (Oregon).
What this service keeps
Per Slack workspace: the installation (its bot token, encrypted), its settings and OpenRouter key (the key encrypted), the tool servers an admin connected (their tokens and keys encrypted), and each meeting's transcript and decision.
Where questions go
Questions, thread replies and the table's answers are sent to OpenRouter and to the model providers the workspace picked, under their terms. When the workspace has connected tool servers (Linear, Datadog, …), the seats send them the lookups they make, and what comes back joins the meeting.
Uninstalling
Uninstalling the app deletes the workspace's installation, settings, key, tool connections and transcripts.
